Claire-Suzanne Borg is a Warranted Occupational Psychologist and Licensed Psychometrician, specialising in leadership development, communication strategies, and psychometric testing. Currently completing a PhD in Workplace Communication, she is developing the first psychometric assessment designed to evaluate manager-employee communication effectiveness.

As an Academic Director, Claire spearheads the development of an educational portal, gaining hands-on expertise in studio equipment, website development, and technical platforms. She is passionate about innovation, actively working on AI-powered tools in psychology and education. Leading international teams and fostering global collaborations are key aspects of her work, allowing her to bring a strategic and data-driven perspective to talent development.

Her expertise in AI-driven psychological assessments, leadership training, and organisational communication helps companies make evidence-based decisions that optimise people strategy, leadership effectiveness, and team performance. Claire’s innovative approach makes her a valuable partner for businesses looking to enhance workplace communication, strengthen leadership, and build high-performing teams.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys reading and spending time in nature, embracing moments of reflection and continuous learning.
